REFUNDS- Since Our courses are online video courses and it's entirely a digital content, hence we don't offer any refund on the online video (E-Learning) courses & classes. We request you to first test our demo Preview videos with course content & free Class videos & some other videos available on our YouTube channel www.youtube.com/@gurukulastro In simple terms, WE DON'T EXCEPT REFUND at Astromatics India returns and Refunds Policy.

Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the login details is sent.

Duplicate Purchase

In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back.

Cancellation

Astrology & Vastu Consultations and eLearning Recorded Courses:

We do not offer any refunds for astrology consultations & vastu consultations or eLearning recorded courses. Once the consultation or course purchase is made, the course materials are immediately available for download or access. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for these products.

Re Consultation & follow-up

All of our consultations and remedies are based on astrology and Vastu fundamentals. We do not offer any guarantees & commitments. Please note that any expenses incurred on remedies or puja are not our responsibility.

Online Live Classes:

For live classes, we offer a 100% refund within the first two classes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the course or it is not meeting your expectations, please let us know within the first two classes, and we will issue a full refund. After the first two classes, no refunds will be issued. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
